Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing an order with La Ranita Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms override any other terms unless explicitly agreed to in writing by La Ranita Market.

1. Food Products – No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. This is to ensure the health, safety, and integrity of the products delivered to our customers.

2. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices, when issued, must be paid within 21 business days. La Ranita Market reserves the right to charge a 10% late fee on any unpaid balance after the due date and may suspend future service or delivery until the account is brought current.

3. Collection and Legal Fees

If a balance remains unpaid after 60 days, we reserve the right to assign the debt to a collection agency. The customer will be responsible for all legal or recovery costs incurred.

4. International Orders & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We are not liable for costs or deductions due to tax regulations or laws in the buyer’s country.

5. Limitation of Liability

La Ranita Market aims to fulfill all orders promptly and professionally. However, we do not guarantee results or assume liability for indirect or consequential damages. We are not responsible for any claims made by end consumers of the products you purchase.

6. Claims

Any issues or claims must be submitted in writing to our customer service team within 8 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

7. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
